Student Safety Policy

The safety and well-being of our students are paramount at Rajendranath College of Polytechnic, and we have implemented a comprehensive Student Safety Policy to ensure a secure learning environment. Our policy includes the following measures:

  1. Campus Security: We maintain a dedicated security team to patrol the campus and ensure the safety of students. Security personnel are stationed at entry points and throughout the premises to monitor activities and respond to any security concerns.
  2. Emergency Preparedness: We have established emergency protocols and procedures to address various contingencies such as fire, natural disasters, or medical emergencies. Regular drills and training sessions are conducted to prepare students and staff for emergency situations.
  3. Safe Infrastructure: We adhere to building codes and safety regulations to ensure that our facilities provide a safe and secure environment. Regular maintenance checks are carried out to identify and address any potential hazards.
  4. Anti-bullying and Harassment Policy: We maintain a strict anti-bullying and anti-harassment policy to foster a respectful and inclusive campus. Any incidents of bullying, harassment, or discrimination are promptly addressed through proper investigation and appropriate disciplinary action.
  1. Transportation Safety: For students commuting to and from the college, we prioritize transportation safety. We collaborate with reliable transportation providers who comply with safety standards, ensuring safe and comfortable journeys for our students.
  2. CCTV Surveillance: We have installed CCTV cameras in strategic locations on the campus to monitor activities and ensure a safer environment. This helps in preventing and addressing any untoward incidents.
  3. Health and Medical Assistance: We have tie-ups with healthcare providers and maintain a well-equipped medical room on campus. Trained staff are available to provide immediate first aid and necessary medical assistance in case of illness or injury.
  4. Awareness and Education: We conduct regular safety awareness programs and workshops to educate students about personal safety, cybersecurity, and emergency preparedness. Students are encouraged to report any safety concerns or incidents to the designated authorities.

We believe that a safe learning environment is essential for the holistic development of our students. By adhering to our Student Safety Policy, we strive to create a secure and nurturing atmosphere that promotes learning, growth, and well-being at Rajendranath College of Polytechnic.
