Rajendranath College of Polytechnic is a venture of Rajendranath Education & Welfare Trust. The need for establishing this college was felt keeping in mind the growing demand of qualified technical personnel for the Indian industries. Being in the business of steel making for so many years now we have found that there is real shortage of educated technical staff. It has been seen that though there is no dearth of skill and those having skill are earning good wages, but as soon as we talk of their technical knowledge it is really disappointing. Had those people been technically educated along with their acquired skill they could have become much more effective and would have contributed in a much better way to their respective organizations. As a whole the industry would have been benefited. In our country the need for technically qualified people is huge. Knowing that everybody cannot pursue engineering studies, diploma engineering course is an option for them. By pursuing Diploma engineering courses, one can be ready for the job at the minimum possible time. But here comes the issue of selection of genuine good college. In the present day it is quite a difficult task since so many institutions have come up in the recent days.
